myMCLE Louisiana is a simple, but powerful, tool for keeping track of your Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credits. The Supreme Court of Louisiana requires that all attorneys admitted to practice law in Louisiana complete at least 12.5 hours of continuing legal eduction every year and mandates that lawyers maintain a record of each credit earned.
myMCLE Louisiana records, organizes, and displays all of your MCLE credits. The summary page shows your total MCLE credits filtered for the current compliance period, last compliance period, or for all time, based upon the compliance deadline. It also displays the number of credits earned for all of the mandatory subjects, such as general education, ethics, professionalism, and law office management (newly admitted attorneys), and keeps track of whether your credits were obtained through technologically assisted means.
The detail page shows information for each credit earned and includes colorful graphics to identify the category and credit amount for each of the mandatory subject areas. Entering information for each credit is easy and efficient. You can also email all of your MCLE credit records to you or anyone else with the simple push of a button.
